Neil Sexton: Owner and Managing Director of Sextons Legal.

Neil has been working in costs for over 18 years and spent 5 years working as the Head of Costs at a leading firm of full service Solicitors in Southampton.

Aside from being a Costs Lawyer, Neil has been a tutor on the ACL course and one of only 69 accredited trainers approved by the Costs Lawyer Standards Board.  He has an enormous amount of expertise that proves invaluable in providing quality service to clients.

Neil is a skilled Advocate and has extensive experience in civil litigation costs, particularly within Commercial Litigation, Professional Negligence, Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury matters. In addition, Neil also has a detailed understanding of Court of Protection work.

Outside of work, Neil is a singer in a local rock band and a committed runner when not nursing another injury! Cricket, Golf and Arsenal are additional passions for any remaining free time.
