We can be instructed to draft a budget, attend a CCMC or both and we will charge £134.00 per hour for drafting and for advocacy work on any budgets up to a value of £100,000.00. Where a budget exceeds £100,000.00, we charge the relevant Grade C guideline rate of £190.00 per hour.
We will also cap our fees at 1% of the approved budget for drafting and at 2% of the approved budget for any other work we undertake, in line with CPR Practice Direction 3E.
