Neil has rights of audience as a qualified Costs Lawyer and has also appeared at many CCMC's in the High Court and County Court.
Neil can be instructed to attend detailed assessment hearings, CCMC's and any other interim hearings. Advocacy is charged at a rate of £190.00 per hour plus travel expenses on any cases of a day or less. If instructed to attend a hearing of more than one day, a rate of £233.00 per hour is charged.
